As principal owner of Stanwich Benefits Group, Inc., he helped build an investment management and retirement plan services firm into one of the largest independent firms in the country. Stanwich also provided 401(k) daily recordkeeping and outsource services. An exclusive provider to Fidelity for it Advisor 401(k) Program, Stanwich served plan sponsors with over 250,000 participants. Upon the sale of Stanwich to The Bank of New York, Bob served as the President of their Employee Investment Plan Division, developing their retirement, equity plan and insurance services. On leaving the Bank, Bob formed Avenir Equity, LLC and subsequently merged with Barbara Delaney and FFoA, providing employee benefit consulting and investment advisory services. Bob is a Senior Executive Vice President with National Retirement Partners.
Barbara J. Delaney, Principalbdelaney@stonestreetequity.com An innovative entrepreneur and respected business leader, Barbara J. Delaney has been navigating the financial world for more than twenty-five years. She joined E.F. Hutton in 1980 and rose quickly to be become Senior Vice President of Personal Financial Planning. She then progressed to The Tribus Companies, one of New Jersey’s largest employee benefit consulting firms, where she formed and ran the Investment Management Services Division. In 2001, Delaney drew on her intuitive business sense to launch her own firm, FFOA. This successful company gained national recognition in 2007 when it was named “Advisor Team of The Year.” In 2008, Delaney’s company merged with Avenir Equity and Madison Pension Services to become Stonestreet Equity, Inc. Always active in the financial community, Delaney currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Women’s Pension Exchange and was recently appointed to the Advisory Board for Prudential Retirement Services. Delaney remains a sought after speaker who has appeared at numerous industry conferences and seminars. She has also authored a number of articles for industry publications. Barbara earned her B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from St. Thomas Aquinas College and attended graduate school at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Jeffrey W. Ireland, Vice PresidentFor more than 25 years, Jeff Ireland has been involved in the financial services industry. He has held various positions including consulting, administering and selling all types of retirement plans. Jeff received the Accredited Investment Fiduciary ™ designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. As Senior Consultant at StoneStreet Equity, Jeff provides employee benefit consulting and investment advisory services, consulting on over $500 million in assets.
Arnold S. Arnold is a New York State Certified Instructor for continuing education credits, in connection with insurance professionals maintaining their license. He has conducted seminars dealing with Healthcare Cost Containment Strategies, Eldercare Benefits and Business Insurance Planning and is NASD series 6 and 63 licensed. Arnold has been a vice president of the Segal Company consulting firm and senior vice president for the Stanwich Benefits Group. |
